1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CabinetBoost website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
CabinetBoost provides digital marketing services for cabinet and home improvement businesses, including but not limited to:
- Google Ads management
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- AI chatbot implementation
- CRM setup and management
- Website design and development
3. Service Agreement
Upon engagement of our services, clients will receive a separate Service Agreement detailing specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and terms applicable to their engagement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual Service Agreements. Generally:
- Monthly retainer fees are due on the first of each month
- Setup fees are due before work begins
- Ad spend is billed separately and due upon invoice
5. Guarantee Policy
Our "20 Appointments in 90 Days" guarantee is subject to specific terms outlined in your Service Agreement, including minimum ad spend requirements and client cooperation in lead follow-up.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, methodologies, and materials created by CabinetBoost remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and business data.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Respond to leads in a timely manner
- Approve advertising content within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain good standing on advertising platforms
8. Limitation of Liability
CabinetBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply as specified in your Service Agreement.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
